Spirit Hotel Gran Bilbao

Very friendly stuff, a nice size room, in general I thoroughly enjoyed this truly exceptional hotel. I had outstanding food for breakfast for all taste. In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room with toiletries and very comfortable bed, as for instance and that was great.

As for me, facilities and rooms were very good.

we were in bilbao for 3 days, had very pleasant stay, the hotel was perfectly clean with perfect location close to the old town.

The hotel was immaculately clean and bright, had magnificent views over the mountain.

The area was really loud.

There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Zurich that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

We do loved it because of staff and rooms.

I loved that the hotel was a nice size, solid with a great service.

It was a really enjoyable experience. Nicely appointed hotel, we liked the helpful staff and brand-new room. The room was with comfortable bed. They had an easy check-in.

Every detail, the service was courteous and the staff was willing to help. Well soundproofed & newly furnished unit with generous beds and great breakfast. The English bar in the hotel had lots of warm wines and great cocktails throughout the day. The pool area was amazing and the location was optimal.

There were too soft beds, and depressing views.

We came to Bilbao for one night, everything was perfectly fine. Wooden furniture and private bathroom, WiFi, climate control and terrace in the room. Buffet breakfast, with coffee, sausages, eggs, tea and hot waffles. The beach was secluded. Pool was lovely too. We chose this original hotel based on price, great value.

The location is unbeatable, the hotel is beautifully appointed and the staff are caring! It includes unique restaurant and fabulous bar.

Great value for money, nice service offered. The staff was POSITIVE, the room was attractive and the breakfast was exceptional, all as we expected. There were terrace, free tea and hairdryer in the room, appreciated that. There was a heated pool on site too.

The place was business, clean, had second to none staff and service. The bed was quiet and it was great having balcony, climate control and WiFi.

All was spotless, I enjoyed excellent staff and location. The beds were good sized, I slept well. Hospitality from the whole staff. Tropical hotel set in the breathtaking area.

Absolutely perfect location, wonderful breakfast, knowledgeable employees. The room we got was big size. The bathroom was modern, beds were super. Low budget hotel, 0.5 miles from Bilbao airport. Spectacular service was provided here too.

Individual and impeccable rooms, absolutely fabulous staff. Plenty of supplies in the room : good Internet and tea/coffee. Exceptional service and a top-notch restaurant, available onsite.

Pleasant staff, very nice central location, fantastic food. It's good-sized with large beds. Plenty of food at breakfast, such as coffee, jam, hot waffles, butter and bangers...

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was horrible.

We loved our fabulous stay. A stylish hotel in an easy location, everything was so perfect. There were a market and stores around the venue. The hotel staff was happy. Polite service, reasonably priced restaurant on site.

It's ideal place for visiting some must see attractions in Bilbao. A bus stop was nearby the venue. River view was worthy. Moreover, free Wi Fi was available. This hotel met standard!

We really loved food and people - nice. The hotel has triple room. Not to mention private parking, it was on site. There's a great selection of restaurants to choose from, like Galtzagorri Sagardotegia, set within 10 minutes walk or so.

Parking good and secure, Good location, walking distance to the main attractions

10 minutes walk to the centre, easy to access with the public transport (bus stop is in front of the hotel)

So close to a bus stop, it makes every part of Bilbao easily accessible. A view of the river from our window. We would recommend and return to the place. We appreciated gran bilbao: )
